Ball Blast: Ember Strike ("the App") is a single-player arcade game. This policy explains, in plain language, what information is collected when you use the App and how it is used.
Gameplay data — such as your high score, progress, and settings — is saved locally on your device using Apple's standard storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device unless you submit a score to the global leaderboard (see below), and it is deleted if you uninstall the App.
The App includes a global leaderboard showing the top scores across all players. This feature is powered by Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore). When you submit a score to the leaderboard, the following information is sent to and stored on Firebase servers:
We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, or contacts. You are free to enter any display name you like — it does not need to be your real name.
Firebase, as a Google service, may also automatically collect standard diagnostic information when communicating with its servers — such as IP address, device type, operating system version, and Firebase installation identifiers. This data is handled by Google under the Firebase Privacy and Security Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
Submitting a score is optional. If you do not submit a score, no personal data leaves your device.
The App does not use advertising SDKs, third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or social media integrations. There is no account sign-up, and the App does not request access to your contacts, photos, location, camera, or microphone.
The App is designed to be suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. The only information stored in the leaderboard is a user-chosen display name and a score, neither of which is personally identifying on its own. Parents who wish to have a leaderboard entry removed can contact us using the form below.
You can request the removal of any leaderboard entry you submitted by contacting us through the form below. Please include the approximate display name and score so we can locate your entry. Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data from your device.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
For privacy questions, data deletion requests, support, or general feedback, please use the form below. This is the official contact channel for the App.
